Does it really work without signal?
Completing a job does. On the phone app you can open your jobs, write notes, add parts, take photos and get the customer's signature with no signal. It all saves on the phone and uploads when you are back online. Dictating an AI quote, sending links and recording payments need a connection.
Which countries does it suit?
It starts you off with the right currency and tax name for the UK (GBP, VAT), Ireland (EUR, VAT), South Africa (ZAR, VAT) and Australia (AUD, GST). You can change the rate in Settings. Check rates and your registration with your tax authority, as TradeFlow does not give tax advice.
Is the AI going to send quotes without me?
No. The AI only drafts. A draft waits for the owner to review every line, change prices and press send. Prices are estimates from your hourly rate and typical trade prices, so always check them.
Can customers pay by card through TradeFlow?
Not yet. You can show your bank details on invoices and record payments by bank, card, cash or cheque when they arrive. Card payment links are not built.
Does it produce compliance certificates?
No. A signed job card records the work you did and who signed it. It is not an electrical, gas or building certificate.
Can I import from Tradify, ServiceM8 or a spreadsheet?
Not yet. You add customers by hand in a minute each. Tell us what you use and we will see about an import.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You can still sign in and see everything, but changes switch off until you pick a plan. Online payment is being set up, so for now you email hello@iraady.com to choose one. You can delete your account at any time.
Who owns the data?
You do. You can delete your account and all its data inside the app, or ask us to.
