Delete your account

You can delete your TradeFlow account yourself, at any time.

In the app or on the web

1. Sign in to TradeFlow on the phone app or at tradeflow.iraady.com.
2. Open Settings (on the phone, Settings is the last tab).
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

What happens

• Business owner: the whole business is erased straight away: customers, quotes, invoices, payments, jobs, photos, signatures, your technicians' logins and your own login. This cannot be undone.
• Technician: your login is closed and your name, email and phone are removed. The jobs you worked on stay with the business, shown as "Former team member".

If tax law in your country requires you to keep invoices, download your PDFs from the Invoices page before you delete.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@iraady.com from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my TradeFlow account". We will confirm it is you and erase the account within 30 days.
