Terms of use
Last updated 6 November 2026. These terms are between you and Iraady Ltd, London ("we").
The service
TradeFlow helps you manage customers, quotes, invoices, jobs and job cards on the web and on your phone. You must be at least 18 and using it for your business.
Free trial and plans
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no card needed. When the trial ends, you can still sign in and view your records, but creating or changing records is switched off until you choose a plan. Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Online payment is being set up; until it is available, ask for a plan by email at hello@iraady.com. The phone apps do not sell subscriptions.
Your content
Your customers, documents, photos and notes are yours. You allow us to store and process them to run the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers' details and for taking photos and signatures lawfully, for example with the customer's knowledge.
Tax, legal and compliance
TradeFlow is a tool. Tax names and rates are starting points that you must check with the tax authority in your country. We do not give tax, legal or accounting advice. Documents you issue are your responsibility, including whether they meet local rules for invoices, VAT or GST, and electrical, gas or other trade certification. A signed job card is a record of what you and your customer agreed, not a compliance certificate.
AI drafts
AI drafted quotes are suggestions. Prices and parts can be wrong. Check every line before you send a quote. You are responsible for the quotes you send.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law with the service, attack it, scrape it, share your login with people outside your business or upload unlawful content. We may suspend an account that puts others or the service at risk.
Availability
We work to keep TradeFlow running but cannot promise it is never interrupted. The phone app lets technicians finish jobs without signal and syncs later; keep the app installed until your work has synced.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time inside the app or on the account deletion page. We may end the service to you with 30 days' notice, or at once for serious breaches.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights where they apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
