I forgot my password
Use Forgot your password. The link works for one hour. If no email arrives, check spam, then write to us from your account email.
My technician cannot see a job
Technicians only see jobs assigned to them. Open the job as the owner, choose the technician under "Assigned to" and save.
I finished a job without signal
Keep the app installed. The job, photos and signature are saved on the phone and upload when you are back online. The Jobs screen shows what is waiting to sync.
How do I change my VAT or GST rate?
Open Settings on the web. Check the current rate with your tax authority first. A change applies to new documents only.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Online payment is being set up. Email us to change plan. You can delete your account at any time.
